Yes. Our brand new Bunbury facility is thoroughly modern and exceptionally well-maintained to ensure that all our storage units provide the maximum possible protection against weather, damp, and pests. So you can store with confidence, knowing that your items will be kept in good condition.

No. You can store as much or as little as you need to in our storage units. In fact, we offer a wide range of storage unit sizes, so you’ll find the ideal amount of space to suit your requirements, and you only pay for the space you need. Talk to our friendly team to find the right size and style of unit to suit you.

Absolutely. We understand that your storage needs change over time and are more than happy to help you find the right size space when they do. Simply talk to one of our friendly team members and we’ll arrange it for you.

Once you’ve used our online booking system to book and pay for your unit, you can access it at any time of the day or night with our 24/7 secure keypad access system.

You can cancel your storage unit at any time. Simply give us a call or send us an email to let us know that you intend to cancel. We’d prefer it if you gave us notice of your intent to cancel ahead of time. If you need to cancel in a hurry, please talk to our team. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

With no lock-in contracts, our rental terms are incredibly flexible. The minimum rental term is one month. There is no maximum rental term. You can stay with us as long as you like and scale your storage space up or down as your needs change.

Security is our top priority, which is why we’ve ensured that the entire site is monitored 24/7 by state-of-the-art CCTV security cameras and floodlit at night. Access is controlled by an electronic keypad access system. Every unit is individually locked and alarmed and only you have the key/code to your unit.

You alone have the key/code to your unit, so you have absolute peace of mind that everything inside is kept completely secure.

For your complete peace of mind, we recommend taking out adequate storage insurance on all your stored items. In some instances, your household contents insurance may cover stored goods, but this varies from one policy to the next.

Please check the level of cover with your insurance provider. If stored goods are not included in your cover, please talk to our friendly team for advice.

Unfortunately, we are unable to help with loading and unloading your items. However, our site has wide driveways that accommodate all types of vehicles and make it easy to back up trucks and trailers for easy loading and unloading. Talk to our team for advice on the best way to stack and store your items.

You can store almost anything in your storage unit, but there are a few exceptions. In the interest of keeping units clean and pest free, food or perishable items, living plants or living creatures (including humans) may not be stored in them.

For safety reasons, no flammable liquids, combustible materials, weapons, explosives (including fireworks), radioactive materials, toxic waste, chemicals, asbestos, biological agents or other dangerous substances can be stored.

We also ask that no odorous items, compressed gases or any illegal items be stored in our units. If you’re at all unsure about whether or not you can store your items, please ask a member of our team.
